What is extradition?
The concept of "extradition" can literally be translated,as "extradition, transfer from outside". The word comes from "ex" and "traditio". The meaning of the concept can be defined in a legal and legal context. This is one of the most common forms of cooperation between states and governments. It is used in the fight against hiding criminals.
- What is extradition? It consists in the initial arrest and subsequent transfer to one state of another of certain persons who may be accused or suspected of committing crimes (or - convicted by the judicial authorities of that state). Extradition is carried out under the preliminary agreement of the parties and at the request of one of the states.
- Interestingly, in the United States, such a concept is used in the transfer of criminals or accused from one state to another.
