The growth of utility tariffs in Russia is too significantDecember 28, 2016
Konstantin Tsitsin, general director of the Housing and Utilities Fund, notes that private business is not going to go into the housing and utilities sector, because utility tariffs are growing faster than citizens' incomes.
Over the past two years, in the state, the growth of incomes of citizens is much lower compared to the increase in tariffs for housing and communal services. This situation is very difficult, and not the fact that there may be even more significant problems.
Until this is resolved, the business will not come into the sphere of housing and communal services. Konstantin Tsitsin reported this during a section meeting at the congress of the political party "United Russia".The section was devoted to the problems of housing and communal services.
During the congress, not only the plenary session was held, but also other sessions, including “Social Policy - to the New Standards”, “People Against Corruption”, etc.
