Vitamin E increases the effect of antioxidants and the effectiveness of vitamins A, D, cardiac glycosides, while reducing their toxicity. The intake of vitamin E in high doses can contribute to vitamin A deficiency in the body. High doses of iron will give an increase in oxidative processes in the body - this increases the need for vitamin E.
