Fry fritters on both sides in boiling vegetable oil and use with sour cream or jam.
Pancakes stuffed with apples

In order to cook pancakes with apple stuffing, you need 500 grams of flour, several eggs, two tablespoons of butter, one spoonful of sugar, half a spoonful of salt, about 25 grams of yeast, 3-4 small apples and two glasses of milk or water.
Milk or water must be heated, then you needdilute the yeast in them. Then add sugar, salt and eggs. Now, after mixing the whole mass well, slowly pour in the flour. The dough should be left for a short while in a warm place for lifting, covered with a towel.
While the dough is suitable, peel apples from the peel and cut into small thin slices. After the dough is ready, pour the apples into it and mix the whole mass. Bake on medium heat.
