  • Sunflower oil - 25 ml;
  • Red pepper - 1 pinch;
  • Zira - 1 pinch;
  • Ground coriander - 1 pinch;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Turmeric - 1 pinch.

Cooking method:

1. Cut the tendons and foil off the meat.

2. Cut into medium pieces of lamb and lard.

3. Put the pieces into a deep cup and rub the onions on top of a large grater.

4. Then add all the spices and lemon juice, oil. Mix well and leave at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
