How to cook gravy?

The sauce comes to any side dishes. It can be made on the basis of meat or vegetables. About how to make a gravy using these ingredients, described further.

Minced meat recipe

Before preparing a delicious chicken gravy with this recipe, you will need to stock up on the following ingredients:

  • milk or cream - 400 ml;
  • nutmeg - ½ tsp;
  • chicken mince - 300 g;
  • onion - 1 pc .;
  • vegetable oil - 20 ml;
  • wheat flour 20 g;
  • Salt and pepper (red and black) - to taste.

Preparation of gravy from minced meat consists of the following stages:

  1. Heat the frying pan and fry the flour until creamy.
  2. Onion peel and finely chop.
  3. Take another frying pan, heat the oil in it and fry the chopped onions there for 5 minutes, then add the stuffing there, mix it and cook for another 15 minutes.
  4. For onion and meat, add flour, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  5. Stir the gravy for another 5 minutes on low heat, and then serve to garnish.

Recipe for gravy from pork

To make such a gravy, you need to stock up the following ingredients:

  • pork - 500 g;
  • sweet and sour sauce - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • wheat flour - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • olive oil - 20 ml;
  • water 20 ml;
  • ground pepper and salt - to taste.
  • tomato paste - 10 g.

Procedure:

  1. Wash meat, put on a cutting board and cut into small portions.
  2. Pork lay in a container, pour with sweet and sour sauce, salt and pepper, and then leave everything for 1 hour.
  3. In a frying pan, heat olive oil and fry the meat with sauce over low heat.
  4. Add to the main ingredients flour, diluted in water with tomato paste.
  5. Withdraw the gravy for another 5 minutes, and then serve to the table.

The recipe for tomato gravy in a multivariate

This recipe does not provide for the use of meat, which means it is suitable for vegetarians.

  • onion - 1 pc .;
  • wheat flour - 20 g;
  • water - 30 ml;
  • Sunflower oil - 15 ml;
  • tomato paste - 15 ml.
  • 1 carrot;
  • Salt and ground spices - to taste.

The tomato gravy is prepared as follows:

  1. Take the onions and carrots, peel them and finely chop.
  2. Turn the multivarker on the "Hot" mode, pour oil there and shift the vegetables, which you need to fry until cooked.
  3. Add the tomato paste to the main ingredients, mix everything and stand for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now pour the flour into the gravy and add the water, then leave it to cook for another 5 minutes, and then serve it to meat dishes.

Note that instead of tomato pasteyou can use tomatoes. They need to take in the amount of 3 pieces. Then they must be doused with boiling water and thoroughly wiped through a sieve. Add the received mass after roasting in the multiquark carrots and onions.
