Algorithm for assembling a car engine
Repair, installation and assembly of engine partsbegins always with the preparatory stage, on which close attention should be paid to the seats of the valves. This is the most important part of the head of the motor block. For optimum engine performance, it is necessary to control the reliable coupling of the valve to the seat. Any connection errors lead to a violation of the thermal conditions of the plate and seat, as well as to the appearance of mechanical defects that will ultimately lead to engine parts being broken or completely destroyed.
Clean the surfaces of the chambers and saddles and check,Do not hide under the layer of the cracks. If cracks are detected, repairs must be carried out by welding. The replacement of the new seat with the old one is made in case of its large wear or detection of traces of corrosion of the metal. For this, a special machine for repair is used. To facilitate the process of installing the saddle, heat the head to 200 degrees Celsius, and cool the saddle in liquid nitrogen.
Installing the turbine
After the preparatory stage, we proceed tostep-by-step connection of the iron engine parts. First of all, we need a turbine - a rotary engine with an uninterrupted process of motion. When choosing a turbine, the owner should consider the following points:
- too small will have power limitations;
- large, on the contrary, will give high power, but long accelerate with this.
Connection to an internal combustion engine
The turbine is attached to the exhaust manifold - partsan internal combustion engine that collects exhaust gases into a single tube. To install the collector, it is necessary to change the passage to the receiving tank installed from the front of the engine.
Oil supply to the turbine combines the lubrication systemengine with a turbine. On the engine VAZ, for example, oil supply is easiest to install from the T-piece from the oil pressure sensor. Install the oil drain pipes, which are responsible for providing oil to the turbine and the engine as a whole, then lay the turbine cooling supply line.
Nozzles and pistons
Install injectors for spraying motor fuel and pistons, which must be purchased in the shop already ready.
- Connect the gasoline pump, which provides fuel to the engine, and install the fuel filter so that the gasoline pump does not wear out quickly.
- Replace the DBP and DTV sensors.
- Connect an intercooler or intercooler - it cools the air to enter the engine
- Install piping or the "tubing" system, which, in turn, connects the turbine to the intercooler.
- Install the excess air vent valve,which occurs during overgas. If such a part is not installed, then in the future excess air can cause a breakdown of the turbine, piping or intercooler.
