From the very beginning I want to share with you an unusual recipe for our snacks. We will cook in the classic version, however, thanks to our festive decoration of the dish, the “fur coat” will sparkle with a new taste !! Interested? Then we read rather !! 😉
- Herring - 1 pc .;
- Potatoes - 4 pcs .;
- Eggs - 4 pcs .;
- Carrots - 3 pcs .;
- Beets - 1 pc .;
- Apple - 1 pc .;
- Olives without stones - 100 gr .;
- Pomegranate peeled - 1/2 pcs .;
- Green onions - 1 bunch;
- Mayonnaise - to taste.
1. Boil vegetables and eggs, cool and peel.
2. Clean the fish, bring it into a fillet view and cut into medium pieces.
3. Peel and finely chop the onion.
4. Apple must also be peeled and grated on a coarse grater.
5. Peeled vegetables rubbed on a coarse grater.
6. Squirrels are separated from the yolks. Mash yolks with a fork, and we do not need proteins.
7. Now lay out the layers: half of the potato-mayonnaise-onion-herring-mayonnaise-carrot-other potatoes-mayonnaise-olives (cut into halves) -apple-egg-beet-mayonnaise.
8. Decorate abundantly the food with pomegranate and mayonnaise pattern. Refrigerate for 3 hours to soak. And then, serve to the table !!

1. First boil the vegetables and eggs in slightly salted water. Cook until cooked, but eggs - hard boiled. Then everything is cooled and cleaned.
