- all kinds of sausages, ham and smoked meats;
- grilled pork or lamb chops;
- kebabs from different meats with vegetables;
- whole pieces of meat or poultry carcass, processed over an open fire or in the oven.

Recipes of dishes in the year of the Dog
If you watch your figure and limit yourself to fatty food, this aromatic dish will suit you, which, due to the short processing time, retains all the useful substances and has an excellent taste.
"Beef steak with vegetables"
- beef fillet - eight pieces;
- eggs - 2 pcs .;
- bread crumbs - 2 tbsp. l .;
- spicy mustard - 2 tsp;
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l .;
- leek - 250 gr .;
- celery - 200g;
- salt and black pepper.
- Separate squirrels from eggs and beat with slow addition of mustard, crackers, pepper and salt.
- Cool the mixture.
- Rub celery and carrots and stir with onion rings.
- Wash the vegetables with boiling water and slightly dry.
- Mix vegetables with early whipped mixture.
- Lubricate the meat with vegetable oil, sprinkle with pepper and grill for fifteen minutes.
- Then turn the pieces of meat on the other side and place the egg-vegetable mixture on them.
- Fry the meat for ten minutes.
"Chicken with beef tongue and mushrooms"
- chicken - 1 bird;
- beef tongue - 1 pc .;
- champignons - 280 gr .;
- Cognac - 450 gr .;
- dry wine - 400 gr .;
- onions - 3 pcs .;
- flour -50 g .;
- sugar - 10 g;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- vegetable oil;
- salt and pepper.
- Boil until cooked and slice tongue.
- Fry onion and mushrooms in vegetable oil.
- Divide the chicken into portions and fry in sunflower oil until golden brown.
- Take a baking sheet and consistently lay: mushrooms with onions, tongue, chopped garlic, roasted meat.
- Sprinkle meat with flour and pour over brandy.
- Place the pan in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Then take out the baking sheet, pour the meat with white wine, sprinkle with sugar and again send to the cupboard for 40 minutes.
- The cooking field can be served to the table, decorated with greens.
"Pork with dried apricots"
- Pork meat - 1 kg.;
- Creamy mashed potatoes - 150 gr .;
- Canned peas - 250 gr .;
- Orange juice - 200 gr .;
- Dried apricots - 200 gr .;
- Onion - 2 pcs .;
- Bechamel sauce -120 gr .;
- Honey 50g;
- Butter - 100 gr .;
- Mustard - 2 tbsp. l .;
- Beef broth - 150 gr .;
- Cilantro, greens, pepper, salt.
- Mode onions, dried apricots, greens and stew in sunflower oil with the addition of nutmeg.
- Cut the pork into longitudinal pieces and beat them slightly.
- We spread the roasted mixture into pieces of meat and form rolls.
- Prepare the sauce: mix the creamy puree, broth, orange juice and honey and heat to a smooth mass.
- We spread the previously prepared rolls on a baking sheet, pour them with sauce and send to the oven for an hour at 140 degrees.
- Cooking gravy: from the baking tray take a few spoons of sauce, mix with bechamel sauce and bring to a boil.
- After preparing the rolls, arrange them on a la carte plates and pour with gravy, decorating with greens.
- As a side dish use green peas.
Appetizers on the New Year's table can be very different, both hot and cold. We have prepared for you a recipe that does not take much time, but it is very tasty.
"Rolls of pita with salmon"
- salmon - 1kg .;
- lavash - two leaves;
- hard cheese - 200g .;
- honey - 1 tsp;
- mustard - 1 tbsp. l .;
- lemon juice - 3 tbsp. l .;
- olive oil - 6 tbsp. l .;
- dry parsley, dill, basil, pepper and salt.
- Peel the salmon fillets from the bones, cut into small pieces, salt, pepper, pour one article. l olive oil and lemon juice and refrigerate for impregnation.
- Cooking dressing: mix 1 tbsp. l olive oil with the same amount of lemon juice, mustard and honey.
- Spread pita bread, grease it with 2 tbsp. l olive oil, sprinkle with herbs, cover with another sheet of pita bread and send to the oven with a temperature of 190 degrees to heat.
- We take pita bread from the oven, distribute fish fillets on it, sprinkle with greens and grated cheese and make a roll.
- Cut a thick roll into small pieces and place on a baking tray, pre-greased with olive oil.
- Fill all the previously prepared dressing.
- We bake rolls in the oven for twenty minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.
- Cooked dish is decorated with greenery.
This salad can serve as a good cold snack.To make it you will need:
- smoked chicken meat - 500gr .;
- hard cheese - 100 g .;
- eggs - 2 pcs .;
- cottage cheese - 100g .;
- butter - 50 g;
- dates - 50 g .;
- mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l
- Boil hard-boiled eggs and grate them.
- Mix cottage cheese, eggs and grated cheese.
- Crush the chicken into small pieces.
- Add the meat along with the mayonnaise to the early cooked mixture.
- Peel pits and cut into small rhombuses that look like scales of cones.
- Form a kind of cones from curd and cheese mass and decorate them with date scales.
- Put a few coniferous twigs on the dish, and next to them are our “cones”, as shown in the figure.
